At Inked K9 Krew, we believe every dog deserves a chance—and every human deserves the tools to give it to them. Behind IK9K is Nicole Tryon, an accredited trainer with the IAABC, behavior specialist, and lifelong animal advocate. Our mission is simple: build stronger bonds between dogs and their people through trust, structure, and compassion.

Nicole’s journey began in the rescue world by founding Hank’s Haven Rescue Foundation in 2018, where she saw firsthand how misunderstood behavior often lands dogs in shelters—or worse. From death row saves to severe reactivity cases, her work with Hank’s Haven Rescue Foundation has been rooted in second chances. That same philosophy is at the heart of everything we do at Inked K9 Krew.

Whether you’re dealing with a new puppy, a reactive rescue, or just want to better understand your dog, we’re here to guide you—without judgment. We use scientific, evidence-based methods, tailoring every session to your dog’s unique needs and your goals as a team.

We also offer confidence-building services, slatmill sessions, enrichment programs, and behavioral support to ensure your dog thrives—not just survives.

  • Ensures the entire team is operating at her speed (Mach 10).

  • Demonstrates proper “on/off switch” mechanics: sprint → blanket burrito → snore → repeat.

  • Tests slatmills, tug toys, and human reflexes for durability.

  • Provides unsolicited but inspirational hype at all hours.

Specialty: Riot initiation & treat-based diplomacy

  • Conducts thorough inspections of all food items within a 6-mile radius.

  • Leads “Chaos but Make It Cute” training for new recruits.

  • Enforces princess-level accommodations for herself and absolutely no one else.

  • Starts drama, ends drama, is the drama.

Head of Morale & Puppy Perfection Affairs

Specialty: Being perfect, boosting vibes, and looking adorable

  • Maintains workplace emotional support levels at 110%.

  • Demonstrates ideal canine manners strictly to shame her siblings.

  • Offers supervised cuddle breaks to staff members experiencing “Honey fatigue” or “Zoey aftershock.”

  • Serves as the standard the others pretend to meet.

Specialty: Blind, deaf, and still your boss

  • Ensures all dogs fall in line using ancient energies and unspoken expectations.
